The docs claim this ap can be hosted from any web server. However, when hosting this at http://quikchange.net/votasq/#/todos/0B1ETYcLza49VRHFnODR6VVRLOEk/ I cannot load the sharing UI in a frame because it sets 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.
