One more filter parsing issue in the logger

Describe the issue

scp filters are shown in the logger un-parsed, and sometimes it make troubles (if the filter is too long).

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

1. Subscribe to RUS: RU AdList
2. Visit https://rsload.net
3. Open the logger and find csp

Your settings

• OS/version: Debian GNU/Linux
• Browser/version: Mozilla Firefox 54.0
• uBlock Origin version: 1.13.7b0

Btw., after the fixing #2664 the logger became slow: sometimes I have to wait 2-3 seconds to see the information about a cosmetic filter, while the info about blocking filters appears immediately after clicking.
