• REFACTOR: reviewed tag/article features of existing backend implementation

What are we prioritizing this week?

• final code review of https://github.com/gothinkster/node-express-prisma-official-app as v2 backend implementation to prepare it for contributions [V1] API Domain change (discontinued support of conduit.productionready.io) #790
• move documentation to Netlify and contact them about their Open Source plan policy for a unified account to host implementations
• populate the new Changelog with existing issues content
