Quitting the thread when response message is being streamed results in the message bleeding to other threads.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Start a chat with Tildy . Ask for any question that will require a long response.
2. Once the response message starts streaming , wait for 3 - 4 secs and when response is still being streamed , visit another thread
   Notice that the message that was in progress gets shown in this thread and all the threads you visit.

Also notice that we have a "stop" button in the chat message which seems to indicate that we have not cancelled the chat message yet.

Once I stop the chat message then i see the message disappear from all the threads.

Note This issue reproduction seems to rely on how much time you stay in the message after the response has started streaming. If i quit too early or a little later I dont see this behavior of message bleeding to other threads.
