Sack Tool - User is not notified about the DM sent to them probably because of not using the right id. #513

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Chat with "Acorn Engineer"
  2. Send a DM to any user
    When the message gets sent correct user id is not used resulting in the user not being notified of the message.

Message gets sent as - hello from acorn engineer @craig.jellick

In this case cjellick is the handle for this user.
