This could be a serious about normalizing repository settings with tools such as @octoherd and the settings app

Inspired by @oscard0m's sync-repo-settings script, see octoherd/octoherd#22

Things I'd like to normalize

only permit squash for merging
enable auto merging
delete branches after merging
disable wiki unless there is any wiki content
disable projects unless there is a project
normalize tests in multiple node versions
use main as default branch with according release settings in package.json and .github/workflows/release.yml
