Include gradle version in generated dependencies graph

The gradle/actions/dependency-submission action is fantastic; it works well with GitHub and other tools that can parse SBOM files. Great work!

What I'm missing when trying to analyze the generated dependency graphs is the actual gradle version.
It would be awesome if the the gradle version is in the generated dependency graph!

actually, JDK build would also be great ;) (but gradle wrapper more important)

This needs to be fixed in the GitHub Dependency Graph Gradle Plugin. It's tracked as gradle/github-dependency-graph-gradle-plugin#110.

As mentioned in that issue, the fix is not as simple as it seems.
