After the last Grafana release our e2e tests broke and stopped PRs from being released. That is because we are only testing against Grafana's latest, which then obviously changed after Grafana released a new version.

We should create a scheduled Github workflow, and a job that is included in Explore Logs' releases, that is running against some Grafana image that is a bit closer to main.
