What this PR does / why we need it:
#22659 was mentioning sorting of unique labels in alphabetical order. I've also seen our internal users searching for labels/parsed fields, so I think this little change can have a nice impact for usability and search-ability trough labels and fields.

Just an idea: did you consider doing a case-insensitive sort instead?
with very little effort it may improve user experience even more, something like

const alphabeticallyInsensitive = (a: string, b: string) => a.toLowerCase().localeCompare(b.toLowerCase());
