[EN] It would be great to convert the YouTube video URL into a QR code and place it as a permalink OR even better to display a preview image with the URL.

[DE] Youtube-Video Vorschaubild mit URL platzieren
Super wäre die Youtube-Video URL in einen QR-Code zu wandeln und als Permalink zu platzieren ODER noch besser ein Vorschaubild mit der URL hinterlegen darzustellen.
