SELinux policy will not apply

When attempting to apply either the Openshift3 or OpenShift4 selinux policy an error occurs.

Environment:
Running Minishift using OpenShift 3.11 on a Fedora 33 workstation with kernel 5.13.4-100.fc33.x86_64.

Command: sudo semodule -i selinux-policies-v0.0.2/gremlin-openshift3.cil
Expected Result: command executes and selinux policy is applied
Actual Result:
Failed to resolve typeattributeset statement at /var/lib/selinux/targeted/tmp/modules/400/gremlin-openshift3/cil:6 semodule: Failed!
