<http://iec.ch/TC57/61970-552/ModelDescription/1#Model.created> a rdf:Property, rdfs:Literal ;
  rdfs:range xsd:dateTime .

Fix it to this:

<http://iec.ch/TC57/61970-552/ModelDescription/1#Model.created> a owl:DatatypeProperty ;
  rdfs:range xsd:dateTime .

A Property is definitely not a Literal!
