Make PCSX-Redux backward compatible with memory cards

In other words I recommend you to solve issue #1153 because maybe many or even most PCSX-Redux users were PlayStation users very long time ago that were used to save their progress in memory cards only all the time because a real PlayStation can't really save the state of the console whenever the user just wants to and if there is a new update that adds new features and bug fixes then the user may want to migrate to the newer version of PCSX-Redux to both receive and achieve all these new features and bug fixes but still use the old memory cards that he or she used on an older version of PCSX-Redux also with the newer version of PCSX-Redux.

EDIT:

The issue doesn't exist. PCSX-Redux is backward compatible with memory cards. I just didn't know that I have to quit the new version of PCSX-Redux and then rerun it in order to use older memory cards from older versions of PCSX-Redux.
