AppIntro dependency binary v4.2.3 is gone

Description

CI/CD currently errors due binaries of one dependency (AppIntro) are gone now from one to the other day.

Generally at Markor we try to be as lightweight and dependency-free as possible. So target is not to actually fix the problem by upgrading the version and making Markor to work with it ... but instead to completely remove the dependency and have a own intro page. Colored page with a few buttons and images isn't that much work. Text and images are there, just needs restructure to own implementation.

Steps to reproduce

Try to build complete fresh and see it won't compile due missing dependencies. See https://github.com/gsantner/markor/actions.
