Howto start

Note: Experimental tools can't be used in ArcGis desktop 10.6 due to mismatch in python Numpy package requirement!

Status

The status of the project is code and feature complete. The toolbox is tested and running against ArcGis Desktop 10.4.1-10.5 and ArcGis pro 2.0

Experimental tools toolbar doesn't currently work on ArcGis Pro (no scikit-learn package available for python on default conda channels)
