Linux releases contain unsigned windows binaries

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use Get-AuthenticodeSignature to check agent binaries of MSI installer VS agent binaries of AppImage or docker (maybe)

Expected behavior

All release binaries should be signed by build_chaos_monkey_win64 and build_chaos_monkey_win32 Jenkins jobs.
