Embedded form editor

This is an early preview of the embeddable form editor (attached is the example html page).

It's a web component used in this way:

<form-builder id="builder" width="1200" height="600" builderId="mybuilder"/>

and

document.getElementById('builder')
  .addEventListener('lf-form-changed', function (event) {
    console.log('form changed: ', event.detail);
  });

More details are in the html code, the LetsForm Builder will be configurable and the builderId in the code is the unique id of a specific configuration. The id mybuilder is a generic one, the dashboard section to create form builders is yet to come.
