Some animations should be improved.

I have fixed some animations that didn't work too well in commit 0f4efece4bc9. However, split function, distribute in, factor out don't have animation yet. These need some sort of cloning of a DOM element, and then moving it to the right places, before re-rendering (calling prepare()).
