Migrating inter.tube to R2 & Stabilizing Uploads

Hello friends,
I've received reports of some trouble with uploading files. I was able to partially verify it on Safari, but not sure what the root cause is yet.
I've experienced a number of random failures with B2 (the current file host) and inter.tube still relies on R2-specific quirks to work. The main branch in this repo has removed most of them, but the public site is still using it. Also, B2 recently announced a pricing increase so the reasons to use it are dwindling.

Over the next few days, I plan on

• Migrating all files to R2
• Rewriting the library cache

Hopefully this will improve things.

I did some stopgap tweaks to keep the current setup working. Seems to be OK, but likely flakey for huge libraries.
I'll do the R2 switchover soon.

Just finished the migration to R2. We should see improved upload/download speeds and hopefully smoother uploads.
Let me know if you run into any issues.
Next step is to tackle #3 and add a proper queue to the upload processing system.
