There appears to be no clear way to create a consumable spell scroll.

A spellcrafter excels in creating scrolls, and it's a regular part of the spellcrafter's activity. Being a consumable the spell scrolls need tracking.

As a proposal, a consumable item linked to a spell could work for tracking the created components.
