Hey @lknite, thank you for your time to post here - really appreciated! That sounds pretty interesting and in the past, I also had the idea to work with cluster API and Proxmox in another project but unfortunately it didn't work that well. It would be interesting to know more about the current state and it would make me happy to hear some news about it when you have it in place - please, keep us updated! I currently use it to automatically integrate new nodes into a cluster:
Cheers and thanks! |

I've just setup my first proxmox cluster and am now working to get clusterapi configured.
clusterapi is an application which lets you use one kubernetes cluster to stand up additional kubernetes clusters. I'm still working to get things configured, but I believe once successful, this will allow me to define a kubernetes cluster such as 3 control plane nodes and 4 worker nodes, and those 7 vms will be spun up and configured automatically.
Currently I'm under the impression that clusterapi will deploy the vms on a single cluster node, which makes a project like ProxLB so important, as those kubernetes nodes appear they will need to be load balanced across the proxmox cluster nodes.
Watching with interest. This looks great so far. Love the gui integration.
