Layer 2 to BGP for k8s network

Describe the solution you'd like:

Use the cheap ER-X to migrate k8s nodes to using BGP instead of L2.

Requirements:

• No disruption to existing LANs
• UDMB remains as primary gateway for L2 routing because of the extensive firewall rules configured.
• No double NAT.

Anything else you would like to add:

Will add network diagrams here.
Open to shifting structure of network.

With recent network adjustments, currently in a weird middle space where both L2 and BGP are active. Using kube-vip over L2, MetalLB and calico over both.
