Integrate link to tool and config file documentation

As part of the panel to upload and edit the configuration file for the tools we currently show some basic text about each app (link to code). Ideally this text should point to a documentation page and/or where to ask for help.

To do:

• Review whether this text is sufficient for each tool as ideally
• Review whether the way the text is show is helpful or whether we need to show it in a different way, e.g. with puton that leads to different window.
