Find out in the job market what titles are used for UX designers/researchers. Re-evaluate the job roles for better placement in projects.

Next steps are

  • to figure out what the responsibilities of each role are, that can be made into check boxes, so that the person posting the volunteer opportunity can check off what they need and it will choose the title for them automatically.
  • talk to civic tech jobs team

We’re currently doing an audit and updating all of our UI/UX resources.

This issue need to be be re-written with better overview, include resources and proper action items.
