Overview

This is a checklist of items to do when a designer or researcher onboards and offboards so that the process can be consistent and fast.

We'll use the comments field in this issue as a shared checklist for our onboarding tasks.

@itserindean There is still several checkboxes unchecked for Maria, Michelle and John H.

I hid the comments for the rest of the team that was onboarded throughout September. Most of them were missing the "Attend Volunteer session" checkbox, but I think many have attended as per Briel's research project. Sarah is not in the devs channel, and Natalie does not have access to the dummy logins. I considered them all onboarded anyway.

@staceyrebekahscott Attend Volunteer session is optional so i've updated the template to be more clear. I completed the outstanding tasks for Maria.
