Feature: For old listings (such as >1 year old), add an indicator / warning that data may be old and out-of-date

Context

My guess at importance: 3/5 (where 5 is 'super important')

Because current and up-to-date information is a priority for us, and is an expectation for our users, we should also highlight when our information might be out-of-date or very old, so that the user can be aware of some risk, or do additional research to confirm that a location is active before making the trip out there.

Currently our listings show a last-updated message at the bottom — we should also show a "warning: last updated XX/YY/ZZZ, over a year ago"-type message as well.

Also, both time stamps should be moved near the top, because that update time is a highlight of our listings.

We can choose a time frame, but I'd suggest a year for now.

How is it now?

The time stamp is in orange at the bottom…"Data updated on Dec 15, 2022"

Proposed new feature

For items over a year old, we should display some warning, such as
"⚠️ Data updated on Jan 15, 2022, over a year ago.."

Optionally:

• We should consider moving this message higher on the listing, perhaps near the top for these old listings, but MVP is simply to display the new warning text/indicator.

Look for other examples of 'last updated' on other sites and map programs.
