Describe the bug

Entering a location into the map's address field doesn't re-center map on the new location. Ideally, it should smooth-scroll the map to center the new location.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to the map
2. Type a new address in the address field such that the new address is off-screen and the map will have to scroll
3. Error: The new map pin is in the correct location but ofentimes, the pin is on the edge of or completely off-screen

What's the expected result?

That the newly entered address is centered on the map

What's the actual result?

New pin is off-center or completely off-screen
