Acceptance Criteria

  • The user is redirected to the intake form pre-loaded with the users data.

During editing

  • When clicking save, the form data will be saved to the database and user will be re-directed to the updated participant page
  • When clicking cancel, any edits to form data will be discarded and user will be re-directed to the existing participant page data
