"Create event" button to say "Create and manage events"

"Create and manage events" instead of just "Create event"

Imo these could be divided into separate views as well, the page looks rather crowded with the Create event and then all events listed under.

Agree with @khenriksson, it's very crowded and hard to navigate. Also creating events is quite rare but also should be easy to find for new organizers, therefore I think it belongs to the main menu.
