Description

Format the project table so it's not completely ugly
Also fixed the "add projects/judges" button to have an outline
Updated the add judges stats to actually get stats from backend
Added success message instead of alert when uploading a csv

Works on #18

New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
Refactor (code changes that doesn't affect functionality)
