I'm having the same issue. It uploads JPG instead of HEIC, how to change this behaviour?

Also noticed 2 additional things, 1/ file name is also replaced with something else, 2/ JPG is actually bigger in size compared to the original HEIC file.

If there is a technical limitation, app should mention this somewhere, it's very strange that you alter user file in some way, convert the format and change the name.
