Using external markdown I have some syntax issues I can't figure out #2123

I'm on Windows and both latest firefox / chrome stable, and while using external markdown:

  1. I can't seem to embed a video to be played in the frame (the image syntax does not work)
  2. I can't seem to apply CSS rotations for images that are rotated side-ways.
  3. I can't seem to fix the issue/bug with images being cut in the bottom on the screen, as described here:
    Large images dangling off screen #1099

Are those things not doable in external markdown ?
