描述一下此特性

现在文章页面设置封面图（或其它地方跳转）时会跳转到附件库，但是这个时候是展示的所有存储策略的图片，没法筛选，有时候想用阿里云的图片需要先返回到附件库看一下才知道，然后再选择，希望做到像上传那样，在选择使用也可以选择不同存储下的图片。
