this is a 64x64 partial Accelerator that is not passing 82% velocity and I'm not sure why. Does it really need to be bigger? https://i.imgur.com/6PE0oda.jpg

Particle is slowed down on corners, so maybe yeah. Try building one even bigger. Particle only constantly accelerated when going straight forward.
