The german translations for the survey area template need to be updated according to the SR comments. A sample of the current status can be found in the templates folder.

The survey area chapters were updated according to the provided text

1. The date-time variable was set to "de_DE.utf8" instead of "de_CH.utf8'. This was causing number and date formatting issues in all the chapters
2. Any corrections that were applicable from the provided text were applied to all chapters

The title was changed according to #23

The maps for chapter 20 were updated to reflect the explanatory text also in #23 in both languages

The citation for the report was changed in the .bib file.
