Some of the apts look like they have escaping and entering cells. This looks like it occurs more on this recent dataset - I think the chip trap and backside are slightly larger due to overexposure during the fabrication process. Moreover, the drug seems to make them crawl and/or shrink in size.
Similar to the confluence stopper, is there a quick way we could identify the number of apts that have this “escaping/entering cell” phenomenon? (around the inlet region of the apt) I do not know if we need to actually remove these if it is only a small number.. right now I am just curious to see how frequently this is occurring. If a lot, we may need to remove these apts from the analysis.
