How we handle informatione as a team?

today i wrote this email to all testers:

Hello together

we are now already a team of 13 testers!

And surely there will be some more. the more, the better!

For me, this is a very big step from lone warrior to team.

Almost all communication is currently (january 7, 2023) still only through me. This has the disadvantage that not everyone notices everything.

My suggestion:

• for each build we will open a new discussion on gitHub.
• if someone finds a bug or problem, it can be discussed in this discussion thread.
• anyone from the team is also very welcome to open an issue for a bug or problem. Always with a screenshot if possible. Of course a suggestion for a solution would be ideal
• minimum feedback for all should be something like: "tested on iPhone XR IOS 16.1 no problems found so far".

Or do you have other suggestions? I will open a discussion for this.

Have you all seen the roadMap? Roadmap / Release Notes
If someone has an idea, what the app can be further fixed, then just write a new post here in the discussion. No idea is too crazy not to at least talk about it.

Also this text should somehow be pinned on GitHub so new team members get this information too.
