Add Summary Metric - Cost per Mile

In order to compare running cost across vehicles in the Garage add a summary Metric per Vehicle of "Cost per Mile/KM"

Simply takes the total financial outlay across Service, Repairs and Upgrades and divides it by the total distance travelled.

Optional filters might be to include or exclude fuel costs and perhaps grouping options for the result such as All time/ Year/ Month.

I see the metric already exists in the Maintenance Report so the request is just to show that calculation on the Dashboard so I don't have to generate the report in order to see it.
