Error when running generate_set_singlethread.py #3

Followed the instructions but when running generate_set_singlethread.py I get:
import _soundfile_data # ImportError if this doesn't exist
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '_soundfile_data'

I have read this can be because of version incompatibilities but everything is installed per the environment.yaml file
