Problem description

There have been much confusion associated with the default SR schema in Guardian evident by the large number of questions on 'what is ISIC' and similar - e.g. #3314. These are not necessary

Requirements

Remove ISIC, geography, law 'required' fields so to simplify the creation of the SRs.

Definition of done

System schema has changed as specified above.

Acceptance criteria

No more errors associated with missing properties in the VCs.
