Problem

The initial version of the smart contract verification feature will include the native Sourcify experience. To enhance this experience further the mirror node explorer will implement a native smart contract verification UI/UX. This will require design.

Solution

Implement the native explorer UI/UX for smart contract verifications.

Initial UI/UX design has been proposed and some feedback has been provided.

Design is complete.

Will implement in a phased approach. First phase will use the existing experience and in the second phase we will update to all changes outlined in the design.
