Proposal

Show the nomad version on both the clients and servers index page, with a dropdown to allow filtering that value.

Use-cases

When upgrading fleets of instances, it may be the case that platform operators have different processes for adding capacity to the cluster based on their needs (eg. a team managing linux hosts is separate from a team managing windows hosts). Being able to filter by Nomad version would allow operators to quickly figure out what is missing from an upgrade and action appropriately.

Attempted Solutions

Calling nomad node status -verbose and grepping the output works, but having this information in the UI would be nicer for engineers not uber familiar with the CLI.
