Missing breadcrumb for Evaluations page

The evaluations page doesn't have a breadcrumb label like other pages:

Reproduction steps

Start a dev agent and navigate to http://localhost:4646/ui/evaluations

Expected Result

Evaluations breadcrumb in the title bar

Actual Result

No breadcrumb.
