Instead of showing the parameterized-child job page (which shows an allocations summary as well as the dispatch payload), the parameterized page (which shows a children summary and links to all job launches) was being eagerly selected instead.
This adjusts the logic to choose the appropriate template, improves test coverage in this area, and fixes the mirage factories to correctly represent the API.
