Feature Request

Currently in the UI (v0.9.4), there is no ability to filter the state of nomad clients that are "eligible".

I've marked a few of our nodes as ineligible, and then drained them, but have no plans to remove them from the cluster at the moment. In the meantime I only want to see clients that are eligible and ready for job placement on the client page.

👋 Doing some issue cleanup. The UI currently allows filtering by node status:

I think #5789 was the PR where this was done.
