Issue

Currently nomad monitor -server-id= flag only supports the servers name (ie server1.global) and the special leader value. This is confusing and it should allow for querying based off of the servers UUID as well.

The -server-id flag should support its server name (server1.global), the special "leader" case to query the current leader, and the servers UUID which can be found using nomad server members -detailed.
