ui logs: quickly switching from stdout to stderr produces error

🏄‍♂️ the ui shows an error when switching from [pending connection] stdout to stderr

perhaps it cancels the stdout query when switching to stderr.

this is easily reproducible by adding latency to your nomad cluster.

• fix1: request cancellation should not produce an error.

🏂 subsequently switching back to and successfully tailing on stderr does not clear the error

• fix2: request success should clear related prior error.

nomad 0.11.0 but it's been like this since at least 0.9.
