Use-cases

Linux users can download LS directly from releases.hashicorp.com if it's not automatically downloaded (e.g. in VS Code), but it would be nice to also provide them Linux packages.

Proposal

We can leverage the amazing work of our Engineering Services team and have our LS linux archives be packaged the same way that e.g. Terraform is packaged, which should provide (Debian/Ubuntu) APT and (RHEL/Fedora) Yum packages.
