[Enhancement]: Support Billing and Cost Management Data Exports (ie CUR 2.0)

Description

In 2023-11, AWS introduced AWS Data Exports (https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws-cloud-financial-management/introducing-data-exports-for-billing-and-cost-management/), which is the "new" way to manage Cost and Usage Reports (CUR).

This appears to be supported via the AWS API: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/aws-cost-management/latest/APIReference/API_Operations_AWS_Billing_and_Cost_Management_Data_Exports.html
