Description

It is currently not supported by Terraform to include deleted blobs and their properties into blob inventory reports. This can be done by the Azure Portal and API already.

I would like to support the flag "includeDeletedBlobs" as well as the matching attributes "Deleted", "RemainingRetentionDays", "DeletionId" and "DeletedTime" in the report also in the matching terraform template azurerm_storage_blob_inventory_policy.
